Cleaning Rates
How do we calculate your rate?
We start with a per person/per hour rate for ONLY your first 4 visits.
We then average your last 3 visits and calculate your FIXED rate.
Your first visit is always the longest so we skip that in out fixed rate calculation.
your FIXED RATE WONT CHANGE unless you add to or change the services being provided.
Initial hourly rate is based on frequency and type of cleaning requested
